JR Women are Heroes – Paris

Parisian photographer & street artist JR continues his incredible world tour dedicated to women in poor countries. A solo exhibition is running at the Pavilion of Arsenal from 3 to 23 October 2009. In parallel, he was offered the Ile St. Louis for monumental photographic paste ups. Unheard of in Paris!

Shepard Fairey in Paris

During his recent tour in Europe, Shepard Fairey has been particularly busy in Paris.

Banksy Stencil Invasion

Banksy’s website has been finally updated with a lot of outdoor pictures, ending long discussions about whether or not he was behind ingenius masterpieces.

Highwayman Stencil – London

With the help of a friend NoLionsInEngland we decided to see a closer version of the Highwayman stencil that appeared on the roof of the Great Western Studios complex near Westbourne Park.  Banksy or not Banksy, the mystery still remains, but the placement is spot on.

Situated  between the A40 London artery and the main rail line into Paddington although visible far away it is almost impossible to capture with a camera without a couple of risks…

So armed with a ladder, we had some views over the railway
