London: Urban Masters

Teaming up with Opera Gallery London and ANV, we are pleased to curate Urban Masters, opening on 9th November at Factory 7, in London Shoreditch.

The show is featuring paintings and installations, where artists from around the globe are paying tribute to the masters that inspired them.

Participating artists: Bom.K, Blo, Brusk, Gris1, Jaw, Kan, Sowat, Lek, Roa, David Shillinglaw, Zezão, Sweet Toof, Blek Le Rat, Ron English, Mac1, Matt Small, Alexandros Vasmoulakis, El Mac, C215, Joe Black, Seen, Risk, Remi Rough, Sixeart, Zeus, Mentalgassi, Nick Gentry, The London Police, StinkFish, Rone, Banksy, Kid Zoom, Nick Walker, and Shepard Fairey.

London: Sound & Vision by Shepard Fairey

Obey - Sound and Vision

Following his solo show at Stolenspace in 2007, Shepard Fairey has returned to London for a major solo show titled Sound & Vision.  Featuring new works including mixed media paintings on canvas, works on paper, retired stencils collages, rubylith cuts, and as well as serigraphs on wood, metal and paper.

For the opening  Z-Trip created a soundtrack that can be listened here.

London: Bedlam – Lazarides

Bedlam - Lazarides

Following Hell Half’s Acre in 2010 and Minotaur in 2011 at the Old Vic Tunnels in Waterloo,  Lazarides Gallery in association with HTC present Bedlam,  the last instalment of this incredible trilogy.

In reference to the infamous mental institute, Bedlam showcases artworks, installations and experiences that question the line between genius and madness.

Featuring: Antony Micallef, Artists Anonymous, ATMA, Conor Harrington, Dan Witz, Doug Foster, Ian Francis, Karim Zeriahen, Kelsey Brookes, Klaus Weiskopf, Lucy McLauchlan, Michael Najjar, Nachev, Tessa Farmer, Tina Tsang, Tobias Klein, War Boutique, 3D, Jane Fradgley.

London: Urban Masters

Butterfly in association with Opera Gallery London and ANV are pleased to present URBAN MASTERS – an alternative art installation giving street and urban artists a chance to render homage to the masters, masterpieces and muses that have influenced their journey through the world of art and played a part in who they are nowadays.

Located in a former Victorian factory in Shoreditch, Urban Masters will present the works of 33 artists from the international graffiti and street art scene.
